Paisan Pizzeria Stop in for a hot slice of pizza or a cool scoop of ice cream for the kids. Try our pasta or calzones. You'll find this family favorite located in the Marketplace near the West Village Clubhouse. Open for lunch and dinner. Delivery or pick up available.
Clubhouse Completely redesigned clubhouse, featuring a new lobby, GlobalAccess® lounge, indoor atrium, Swampy's Club and Water's Edge Arcade.

Swampy's Club Next door to the Water’s Edge Arcade, Swampy’s Club is another retreat for kids and teens. It’s stocked with a PlayStation®, arts & crafts and it offers events like our Rockband® "Battle of the Bands" competitions.
Arcade The Water’s Edge Arcade features a two-lane bowling ally and over 60 video games.
Fitness Center The Water’s Edge features a state-of-the-art exercise area.

The new Water’s Edge Beach Club features a zero-entry
beach-style pool, Tiki Hut & Grill, the
Surf Shack retail area and cabanas.
Cabanas If you can’t take the heat, step into our 10
cool cabanas. Each one comes complete
with a ceiling fan, newspaper, sofa and
luxury seating for seven. You’ll also find a refrigerator, refreshments, a TV, Wi-Fi
Internet access and a landline inside.
Our cabanas are available to rent for the afternoon or the whole day.
Surf Shack Go surf retro in our new retail outlet. While you browse the latest in resort wear, apparel and souvenirs, you’ll appreciate our vintage beach atmosphere and great service.
