CREATIVE SERVICES Graphic Designer • Full Time We are looking for a talented professional for Orange Lake Marketing and Branding. Must have a bachelor’s in Graphic Design, more than three years corporate graphic design experience, InDesign and PC skills. Digital Media/ Web Designer • Full Time Provide digital media design for Web and interactive media. Must have macromedia and Adobe Creative Suite experience. Minimum three year’s experience and bachelor’s in Web Design required. Account Coordinator • Full Time Looking for a professional with one-year minimum experience in client services. Will handle day-to-day account and vendor coordination and manage print and mail process. Bachelor’s in related field required.

ENGINEER MAINTENENCE Engineer III • Full Time Responsible for performing scheduled and repair maintenance services in assigned facilities. Additional responsibilities will include assisting other facilities maintenance positions within their assigned areas from time to time and with special projects as required. Must be available third shift. Engineering III • Full Time Responsible for performing scheduled and repair maintenance services in assigned facilities. Engineering I • Full Time Will inspect, maintain, and repair guest units including plumbing, small appliance repair, wall finishes, minor electrical, carpet and linoleum repair. FACILITIES MAINTENENCE Tech V • Full Time Responsible for repairing and maintaining all refrigeration and HVAC systems. Must have technical training in air conditioning and refrigeration. Must be able to work a PM schedule. Valid Florida driver’s license required. Tech III • Full Time Responsible for performing scheduled and repair maintenance services in assigned facilities. Additional responsibilities will include assisting other facilities maintenance positions within their assigned areas from time to time and with special projects as required.

FINANCIAL SERVICES Sr. Accountant - HOA • Full Time Prepares monthly financial reporting for the multiple HOA associations. Perform financial analysis, prepares various financial reports. CAM license is a plus. Must have bachelor’s in Accounting or Business Administration; five to seven years professional experience and knowledge of Excel, MS, GL, and ORACLE®. Timeshare experienced is preferred.

GLOBALACCESS Inventory Control Coordinator • Full Time Responsible for the day to day managing of inventory controls at each assigned location, with the purpose of maximizing occupancy, inventory use and customer service. Inventory control experience in a multi-site timeshare environment is preferred. Must exhibit keyboard proficiency and be a self-starter. Good communication and multi-tasking skills required.

HOUSEKEEPING Inventory Runners • Part Time Will be responsible for the delivery of unit supplies upon guest request. Candidate must have good customer skills, a valid Florida driver’s license and be able to lift over 30 lbs. Must be able to work 2nd shift. Houseperson • Part Time Will perform cleaning and servicing of all accommodation units to include both internal and external areas. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Night Runner • Part Time This position cleans and services units and other cleaning and supplying functions as assigned in the Unit Services department.

HUMAN RESOURCES Compensation Manager • Full Time Looking for a HR professional to administer compensation programs that help drive our business and service our customer base. Responsible for implementing and administering compensation programs which support the business strategy. Programs include base pay management, salary surveys, skill pay plans, variable incentive plans, sales incentive plans and recognition programs. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

LAUNDRY Laundry Aid • Full Time Seeking a motivated individual who will perform various laundry duties including sorting, washing and drying linens. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

MARKETING Off-property Consultant • Full Time Generate qualified tour guests for Orange Lake by providing exceptional customer service in our off-property locations. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks. Must have flexible schedule. including evenings, weekends and holidays. In- House OPC • Full Time We are looking for highly motivated professionals for our In-House OPC (Off-property Consultant) department. Responsibilities consist of checking in and generating tours from our guest including owners, renters and RCI® exchangers in a face-to-face environment. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Previous experience preferred. British OPC • Full Time Orange Lake ambassador in the villa registration center, providing a high level of customer service to arriving UK and International guests. You are the Orange Lake Concierge Representative- setting up presentations for guests who will have the opportunity to change their vacation lifestyle habits forever, for the better! Must be goal-oriented self starter. Timeshare knowledge a plus.

REFERRAL MARKETING Owner Referral Outbound Agent • Full Time Responsible for calling Orange Lake Owner Referrals to set them up with a preview tour by offering them amazing vacation opportunities. Must be a self-starter, driven, and have excellent sales and customer service skills. One year minimum telemarketing experience and have the ability to learn various software programs. Bilingual a plus, but not required. Must be able to work evening and weekends.

RESORT ACTIVITES Pool Attendant Supervisor • Full Time Responsible for providing a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for all Orange Lake guests by monitoring pool and deck activity, enforcing safety rules and controlling slide traffic. The supervisor will perform inspections, provide training and assign positions. Must have CPR certification. RESORT SERVICES Resort Service Coordinator • Full Time Entry-level opportunity for candidates with strong guest relations skills and a positive disposition. Will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by answering guest inquiries and dispatching resort staff to address guest request. Bilingual skills helpful. SALES Sales Consultants • Full Time Seeking the best and the brightest licensed sales professionals with a proven track record. Will take our vacationing families through the entire sales and tour process, front to back. Florida Real Estate license is required. In-house Sales Consultants • Full Time We are seeking the best and the brightest licensed sales professionals with a proven track record. Tour Relations Specialist • Full Time Responsible for ensuring superior guest experience while our touring guests our visiting the resort and providing them with a financially attractive opportunity to become an owner at on of The Family of Orange Lake Resorts. A minimum of one year time share sales experience required. Bilingual is a plus. Must have a valid Florida Real Estate license. Quality Assurance Officer • Full Time The QAO uses the purchase confirmation process to pre-screen new purchasers in order to reduce defaults and recession and to address a new purchaser’s questions, issues and concerns before they become too serious. The QAO are also responsible for making follow up phone calls to new purchasers as a way of extending and reinforcing the confirmation process. Minimum of one year time share sales experience required. Bilingual a plus but not required. Must receive an Active Florida Notary Public within 90 days of employment. TECHNOLOGY Network Administrator • Full Time Looking for a professional with strong instillation, configuration and architecture of software and hardware. Must be experienced in Cisco, MS Suite, Citrix, and Unix. Three to five years of instillation experience required. Telecommunications Engineer • Full Time Responsible for the development, improvement, maintenance and implementation of telephony systems and support of VoLP and TDM switching infrastructure. Bachelor’s degree or five years related experience required. Three to Five years Cisco telephone switch transaction a must. Concurrent IP and Nortel experience required. Help Desk Analyst II & III • Full Time Will trouble shoot MS Office Suite. Must have strong knowledge of XP, Vista, and HP Printers. Three to four years of experience required. Associate’s degree in related field preferred. TREASURY SERVICES Cash Management Specialist • Full Time Counts and audits resort outlet deposits daily. Handles very large sums of money, does house bank auditing and issuance and maintenance of petty cash funds regularly. Need previous intensive cash handling experience (i.e. bank teller), touch calculator skills and good PC knowledge. Account Specialist - Customer Service • Full Time Provides exceptional and timely service to our owners who communicate special needs concerns or requests for assistance via letter, telephone, email or fax. Requires excellent time management and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently and demonstrate a commitment to customer service. Bilingual a plus. WAREHOUSE Receiving Clerk • Full Time Will be responsible for receiving, counting, and stocking of all freight and inventory items. Must be a team player, filling in wherever needed. Weekends are a must. Florida driver’s license required. Dispatcher - Customer Service • Full Time Dispatch uses two-way radio communication. Must have excellent communication and data entry skills. P.M. schedule required. Two-years of experience preferred.
