Island Grilling Company Makes Waves at Orange Lake
ORLANDO,
FLORIDA—April 20, 2006—On June 12, the River Island Grilling
Company restaurant will open at Orange Lake Resort & Country
Club. Located at the resort's new 12-acre River Island recreational
complex, the restaurant will be the first of its kind at the resort,
offering a distinctive culinary experience.
Created
by renowned restaurateurs Chris and Debbie Fragale, the River
Island Grilling Company will feature a menu of fresh-grilled
entrees, including steak and seafood, as well as cuisine inspired
by the islands and Asian influences.
“We
take great pride in our creativity and focus on quality,” says Debbie
Fragale. “Our goal is to create a fun and festive atmosphere appealing
to all ages and lifestyles—and that's what we've done with River
Island Grilling Company.”
Famous
for the BallyHoo Grill Restaurants, the Fragale family has perfected
the “Floribbean” feel—an ambience and attitude inspired by Key West
and the Bahamas. Their other restaurants include City Fish Seafood
Grill and ChopHouse in Oldsmar, Florida, and Ozona Blue, a casual
tiki-style restaurant located on the Gulf Coast's largest marina.
The
Fragale's company is C+D Consulting Group, a restaurant consulting
company out of Tampa, Florida.
